By accessing or using Shareplus Global ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users—individuals, businesses, or organizations—using our services to share surplus goods, track impact, or engage with our community. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Key Terms

Understand your rights and responsibilities.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. Businesses must be registered entities with authority to act.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including posting illegal content, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or violating others’ rights. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Shareplus facilitates escrow transactions but is not liable for goods exchanged. Disputes should be resolved between parties.

Freemium use is free; Premium tiers incur fees as outlined on our pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Shareplus owns all platform content and technology. You retain rights to your listings but grant us a license to use them for operational purposes.

Shareplus is not liable for indirect damages or losses from platform use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
